These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Dashmart360 website and your purchase of products from us.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects the statutory rights available to you under applicable UK consumer protection laws.

Eligibility to Use Our Website
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order through our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is complete, current, and accurate
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method
- You are purchasing products for lawful purposes
- You will not use our website for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices, and availability information are accurate.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, manufacturing process, or product batch.
Product packaging, labels, designs, and specifications may occasionally change without materially affecting the product’s intended function or quality.
Please review all available product information before placing your order. Contact us if you require clarification about a product.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. A product may become unavailable before your order is accepted.
If an ordered product is unavailable, we may:
- Contact you to discuss an alternative
- Remove the unavailable product from your order
- Cancel the affected part of the order
- Issue an appropriate refund
We will not substitute a product without your agreement where the substitute is materially different from the product ordered.
Prices
Product prices are displayed on the website and may change from time to time.
The price charged will normally be the price displayed when you submit your order, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable delivery charges, taxes, and other charges will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
Where VAT is applicable, prices will include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Pricing Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are correct. However, errors may occasionally occur.
If we identify an obvious pricing error before accepting or dispatching your order, we may contact you and provide the option to:
- Continue with the order at the correct price
- Remove the affected product
- Cancel the order and receive a refund of any amount paid
We are not required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price where the pricing error could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake.
Placing an Order
To place an order, select your products, provide the requested information, choose an available delivery and payment method, and submit your order through checkout.
You are responsible for reviewing your basket, delivery address, contact information, and order total before placing your order.
After you place an order, we may send an automated acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and Dashmart360 is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or when we dispatch the products, whichever occurs first.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for legitimate reasons, including:
- A product being unavailable
- An obvious pricing or product-information error
- Payment authorisation being declined
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised payment activity
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Restrictions affecting the delivery destination
- A breach of these Terms & Conditions
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including NMI Gateway where available. Payment providers may apply their own terms, security checks, and privacy practices.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:
- The information provided is accurate
- You are authorised to use the payment method
- Sufficient funds or credit are available
Your card or account may be charged when the order is placed, authorised, accepted, or processed, depending on the payment method and provider.
The transaction description appearing on your payment statement may use the billing descriptor shown during checkout or in your order confirmation.
Security and Fraud Prevention
Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.
We or our payment providers may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify your identity, billing details, delivery information, or payment authorisation.
We may delay, refuse, or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, or misuse of our services.
Delivery
Orders are normally processed within one to two business days. Delivery is generally estimated to take two to seven business days after dispatch, unless a different timeframe is displayed or agreed.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will aim to deliver your order within 30 days of the order being accepted.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Courier delays
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Customs procedures
- Incorrect delivery information
- Events outside our reasonable control
Additional information is available in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to update the address, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing or dispatch has begun.
We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be redirected or resent.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may leave instructions, attempt redelivery, deliver to an authorised safe location, or return the parcel to us.
You are responsible for following any reasonable courier instructions and collecting the parcel within the specified period.
If an order is returned because delivery was refused, the address was incorrect, or the parcel was not collected, we may deduct reasonable return or redelivery costs from any refund where permitted by law.
Risk and Ownership
Responsibility for the products normally passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment for the products and applicable delivery charges.
Order Inspection
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order is:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incomplete
- Incorrect
- Not as described
We may request your order number, photographs, packaging information, or other reasonable evidence to help us investigate the issue.
Your Right to Cancel
For most products purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days after the date on which you receive the goods without giving a reason.
After notifying us of the cancellation, you must normally return the products within a further 14 days.
Exceptions may apply to certain products, including personalised goods, perishable goods, unsealed hygiene products, and other products excluded under applicable law.
Full cancellation, return, exclusion, and refund information is provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
Faulty or Misdescribed Products
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and match their description as required by applicable consumer law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction, or another legal remedy depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed products.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment service may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including:
- Start and expiry dates
- Minimum spending requirements
- Product or category restrictions
- One use per customer or order
- Exclusion from other promotions
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively, or used after their expiry date.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, but this will not affect orders already accepted under that promotion.
Customer Accounts
You may be able to create an account to manage orders and save information.
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login details confidential
- Providing accurate account information
- Updating information when it changes
- Notifying us of suspected unauthorised account activity
We may suspend or close an account where it is used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

We will review your complaint and aim to provide a fair response within a reasonable period.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our services, business practices, payment methods, website functionality, or legal obligations.
The version applicable to your order will normally be the version in effect when the order was placed.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No Waiver
If we delay or fail to enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws applicable to you.
